Photoshop is an photo manipulation app that alows you to edit images in anyway you like.
In my case, I did "Small" edits to the Warhammer 40k Imperium of man eagle.
Just some blue under the wings and some change to the chest is all it takes.

in my opinion the CSS was the hardest thing to code, because you had to link the code from the Html to said CSS.
